These cryo barcode labels for liquid nitrogen storage feature an extra-permanent adhesive for secure long-term biopreservation under cryogenic laboratory conditions, including helium, liquid, and vapor phase liquid nitrogen, freezers, and dry ice transportation. The labels are ideal for use on cryo boxes, vials, tubes, plastic bags, and plates. They are resistant to alcohol and multiple freeze-thaw cycles and no cure time allows submerging in liquid nitrogen immediately. With extra-permanent adhesives, they will stick to wet surfaces. Electron Microscopy Sciences Tough-Tag Labels 33 mm x 13 mm, Green
Labels for microcentrifuge tubes and other containers are temperature resistant from -40 degree C to 121 degree C and can be used in boiling water baths, autoclaving, and moderate freezer temperatures. Chemically inert, polyester sheets resist most organic solvents and caustic agents. They adhere to most plastics, glass and metals without cracking, peeling or degrading. Tubes labeled with Tough-Tags easily slide in and out of centrifuge rotors without binding. Label sheets are specially top-coated to readily accept laser printing. Heat-resistant, stay-flat sheets will not jam in laser printers.

Use these high temperature labels for the identification of various containers and surfaces for autoclaving and dry heat sterilization.
Apply them to metal, plastic, and glass surfaces. They will withstand autoclave sterilization cycles at 132 deg C at 30psi pressure.
These labels and their print will survive high temperature exposures and are ideal for identifying containers and surfaces that need to be sterilized inside autoclaves, dry-heat sterilizing equipment and gamma irradiators.

These cryogenic labels are designed to be applied directly, and will rapidly adhere, to frozen cryo vials, tubes, cryo boxes, as well as plastic and cardboard freezer boxes, which are difficult to label under deep-freeze conditions (as low as -80°C/-112°F). Designed for long-term preservation in liquid nitrogen (-196°C/-321°F), -80°C (-112°F) freezers, for dry ice transportation, and can withstand temperatures up to +100°C (+212°F)*.Printable with all common brands of laser printers to obtain a sharp, smudge-proof printout that is also resistant to mild laboratory chemicals (spray and swab). They can be applied on frozen vials and tubes without the need of an overlap and can also be written on with our Cryo-Markers.*These labels have been tested to withstand up to 2 hours of 150°C/302°F dry heat. Some softening of the adhesive is observed, which is restored when the label is returned to ambient conditions.
